Responsibilities

  • Complete assessments and reassessments to ascertain the child’s level of functioning and aid in the development of individual programs and interventions for the home, school, and clinic.
  • Create individual treatment programs for children
  • Supervise behavior therapists on your team
  • Conduct staff, parent, and teacher training
  • Maintain collaboration and communication with parents, teachers, allied disciplines, and physicians by completing progress and evaluation reports
  • Develop new roles within our growing organization

 

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst, required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent time management skills
