    The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s role is to keep up with our rapid growth, and build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. This involves understanding the company’s culture and needs and building relationships with hiring managers and management teams.  Recruiting success will be achieved through utilizing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent in a timely manner.  

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with management team leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
    • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
    • Efficiently and effectively manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across multiple departments by writing ads, sourcing talent, developing pool of candidates, utilizing applicant tracking system and scheduling interviews and assessments
    • Process and track all associated records and documentation including employee referrals, offer letters, ads, etc.
    • Schedule new hire orientation by coordinating with HR
    • Develop relationships with colleges to aid in recruiting; Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition; Coordinate college recruiting initiatives
    • Maintain contact with new employees to assess that expectations are met, as well as to find opportunities to enhance the hiring experience
    • Own weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline generation and hiring targets

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required 
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years of pediatric therapy recruiting experience
    • Experience with recruitment technology platforms, such as iCIMs
    • Excellent oral, listening, communication and self-awareness skills
    • Must have a clean image online and consistently throughout the internet. You represent us in the marketplace, so you must be consistent with our company’s culture
    • Strong communication skills, writing skills (spelling and grammar) required
    • Professional, team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skill
    • Self-motivated and accountable
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and time-management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and have experience facilitating positive interactions
    • Must respond quickly to email and telephone calls
    • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
    • Must be computer proficient, especially with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to travel locally to attend interviews, career fairs, and team meetings, as needed
